Selpa Tenant Improvement – Updates
The Selpa building in Apple Valley progresses on the TI project. In the images below, you can see the amazing improvements that were made. A TI project usually consists of changes made to the interior of a commercial or industrial property by its owner to accommodate the needs of a tenant such as floor and wall coverings, ceilings, partitions, air conditioning, fire protection, and security.

Desert Valley Hospital – Rooftop

Selpa Building FRP
The construction project at the Selpa Building in Apple Valley moves forward. This T.I. project has added some FRP to the walls of the building. Fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) are high-strength, lightweight reinforcements created by glass fibers with a polymer material.

Apple Valley Fire Station
The Apple Valley Fire Station gets an update. Conco Construction is just starting this renovation project as you will see in the pictures below. These are the before pictures, so be sure to check back in for updates as CONCO progresses on this construction project.
